Tables, chairs and tents, delivered and set up.
Two Birds is a family run event rental company in Tampa Bay. Whether it is forty folding chairs in a backyard or a 20 by 30 tent behind a church, we bring it, set it up, and come get it when the party is over.
Tell us about the event and you get a written number with delivery included, usually within one business day.
We deliver, set up, and pick up
You should be hosting your event, not wrestling a tent. We handle the heavy part on both ends.
You talk to the owner
No call center, no rotating rep. Drew answers the phone and shows up on delivery day.
What we rent
Everything you need to seat and shade a crowd.
We keep a focused inventory and keep it clean. No mystery stains, no wobbling legs, no chairs that have clearly been to more parties than you have.

Not sure what size tent you need?
A good rule of thumb for seated guests at round tables is about ten square feet per person. That puts the 20 by 20 at roughly forty guests and the 20 by 30 at roughly sixty. Add a buffet, a bar, or a dance floor and those numbers come down. Tell us your headcount and we will do the math for you.
We are not a wedding-only company and we are not a warehouse that only takes thousand-person contracts. If you need people seated and out of the sun, you are the right customer.
Backyard Parties
Birthdays, graduations, cookouts, retirement parties. Seating for the whole guest list and shade over the food.
Churches & Ministries
Fellowship dinners, revivals, VBS, outreach days, and anniversary celebrations that outgrow the fellowship hall.
Schools & Sports
Field days, banquets, booster fundraisers, team dinners, graduation receptions, and PTA events.
Corporate & Company Events
Employee picnics, grand openings, job fairs, training days, and client appreciation events.
Weddings & Showers
Rehearsal dinners, bridal and baby showers, and backyard ceremonies that want a real tent and real rounds.
Markets & Fundraisers
Vendor booths, craft fairs, festivals, car shows, and community fundraisers that need tables and shade fast.
How it works
Four steps, no runaround.

Who you are hiring
Tampa Bay is not our market. It is where our family lives.
Sixteen years of being responsible for other people, on much harder days than a Saturday reception. Showing up on time with clean equipment is a standard we can hold.
Two Birds is run by Drew Mayville. Drew spent over sixteen years in the Army, most of it as a Special Forces officer, before moving into operating businesses full time. He went to West Point, earned an MBA at Kellogg, and worked in private equity long enough to decide he would rather run one good local company than sit on the board of ten.
His wife is a Tampa native, and this is where they are raising their family. That is the whole reason this business exists here instead of somewhere else. When you rent from Two Birds, you are not calling a national chain with a Florida branch. You are calling a neighbor who has to see you at the grocery store.
Five counties, one truck, no surprises on delivery.
We deliver across the Tampa Bay region and into Polk, Manatee and Sarasota. Delivery is quoted up front based on your address, so the number you approve is the number you pay.

Just outside?
If you are a little past the line, ask anyway. For the right event we will often make the drive, and we would rather tell you yes or no honestly than have you guess.
Yes. We deliver, set up, and pick up everywhere we serve. Tents are always installed by us. Tables and chairs can be set up in your layout, or dropped stacked if you would rather place them yourself and save on labor.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on what you need, your date, and where you are. Send us the details and you will get a written quote with delivery included, not a starting-at number that changes later.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most events. Spring weekends, graduation season, and the holidays book up first, so reach out earlier if your date is fixed. We will always tell you honestly if we can still take care of you on short notice.
What about rain or a hurricane watch?
Florida is Florida, and we plan for it. Tents are installed to handle normal weather. If a named storm or a genuine safety issue is in the forecast, we will talk it through with you well before your date rather than leaving you guessing.
Do I need a permit for a tent?
For a tent in a private backyard, almost never. Public parks, schools, and some HOAs and municipalities have their own rules. Tell us where the event is and we will tell you what we know about that location before you book.
What surfaces can tents go on?
Grass is ideal and stakes into the ground. We can also set up on asphalt or concrete using weighted ballast instead of stakes. Just let us know the surface when you request your quote so we bring the right hardware.
Is there a minimum order?
No hard minimum on the equipment itself. There is a delivery fee that varies with distance, so very small orders far from Tampa Bay sometimes make more sense combined with a neighbor or a second event.
How do I hold my date?
A signed quote and a deposit hold your equipment for your date. The balance is due before delivery. Everything is in writing before you pay anything.
